He gained much of his executive management experience while holding senior positions in marketing, business development and sales for Fortune 500 companies Bristol-Myers Squibb and Smith & Nephew. Russ has served as Global President for Derma Sciences, Chief Executive Officer of BioD, President of North America for Straumann AG, Chief Executive Officer and President of Keystone Dental and Chief Executive Officer of CloudDDS.
George White Chief Operating OfficerGeorge oversees ongoing operations and procedures while developing the architecture for Triad’s commercialization and growth strategies and strategic business initiatives. Prior to joining the Triad team in 2017, George garnered over 25 years of experience in the investment industry as a successful hedge fund manager, co-founding WellSpring Capital Management where he served as partner. George earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Mississippi and his MBA from Columbia University.
Donna Best Chief Legal Officer
Donna has over 20 years of experience in the biotechnology and tissue banking industries. A registered patent attorney, she began her legal career as an associate at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP (now Eversheds Sutherland LLP) and most recently was the General Counsel of BioD, LLC where she was a key member of the executive management team. Donna has held various positions of leadership and management for biotech companies such as the Cell Therapy Research Foundation, Mid-South Tissue Bank and Mid-South Transplant Foundation.
Kurt Klitzke, PhD Chief Technology Officer
Kurt has over 27 years of experience in instrumentation design, tissue engineering, cellular therapies, diagnostics, human tissue recovery/transplant, and human allograft and xenograft biologic product development. He has collaborated with over 30 regenerative medicine companies, served in executive roles with several human tissue banks and has been a Certified Tissue Bank Specialist since 1993. Kurt is the inventor of SteriMatrix and the developer of the technologies used in InteDerm, InteXen LP, and BioTape XM.
Laine Dyess Executive Vice President of Sales
Laine has over 20 years of experience in leadership and medical sales. His leadership foundation began in the United States Air Force and continued during his career with Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Shire Regenerative Medicine and, most recently, with Osiris Therapeutics. Laine has a proven history of commercializing high performing sales teams and fostering a highly collaborative internal culture.
Jon Hargis Executive Vice President of Research & Development
Jon has over 10 years of experience in processing. He began his career processing corneas, sclera, pericardium, bone, skin and adipose tissue for Tissue Banks International. Jon has held management positions in processing, production, quality and operations through the National Eye Bank Center and BioD/Integra Life Sciences.
Ken Pittman Senior Vice President of Operations
Ken has over 30 years of experience in quality, engineering and manufacturing. He has worked with several pharmaceutical/medical device companies including Baxter Healthcare, Schering Plough, Siemens Healthcare and Fresenius Medical Care. Ken has led organizations to achieve numerous significant accomplishments, including plant start-ups, implementation of lean and six sigma principles, quality systems re-engineering, FDA 483/Warning Letter remediation and significant process improvements.
Gary Robertson Vice President of Finance
Gary has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting management. He has served as the Senior Manager of Assurance for KPMG, a senior leader in the development of Pfizer’s North American Financial Shared Services Group and the Director of Finance over Smith & Nephew’s Clinical Therapies/Biologics division. Gary was also a leading contributor in the subsequent spin-off of that division – Bioventus – of which he became the Commercial Controller of US Operations.
