How to Order
Thank you for your interest in ordering Triad products. To ensure successful order fulfillment, please take note of the following:
- New Customers: Please complete the New Customer Form.
- All orders must be requested through email@example.com.
- All orders must be placed by 3:45pm CST to be processed within the same business day. All orders placed after 3:45pm CST will be processed the following business day.
- All orders must include full product name, quantity, shipping address, billing address (if different from shipping address), pricing, and preferred shipping method (see below).
- Our default shipping method is FedEx 2Day®.
- Note: Orders containing 10 or more products will ship for free, unless First Overnight® shipping is selected.
- If you’d like to request a different shipment method for your order, please contact customer service at 901.333.6000, ext. 3.
How to Pay
Please review the information below regarding our payment policies:
- We use Net30 base payment terms.
- Prepaid terms require that the purchaser sign and return the Credit Card Authorization Form.
- You may choose to receive your invoice by mail or email.
- If you choose email, you will have the option to pay online through our invoicing portal.
- Otherwise, you may pay your invoice by mailing a check to our facility or by calling us at 901.333.6000, ext. 3.
- If paying by check, please remit payment to: Triad Life Sciences, Inc., 1770 Moriah Woods Blvd., Suite 18, Memphis, TN 38117.
Returns and Complaints
Customer service is our priority, so please contact us with any questions or concerns. All returns and complaints must be reported IMMEDIATELY to Customer Service by phone or email.
