Russ has over 35 years of experience in executive management, sales, and marketing. He gained much of his executive management experience while holding senior positions in marketing, business development, and sales for Fortune 500 companies, including Bristol-Myers Squibb and Smith & Nephew. Russ has served as Global President for Derma Sciences, Chief Executive Officer of BioD, LLC, President of North America for Straumann AG, Chief Executive Officer and President of Keystone Dental, and Chief Executive Officer of CloudDDS. He has a degree in Management from Robert Morris University.

Donna Best
Chief Operating Officer
Donna has over 20 years of experience in the biotechnology and tissue banking industries. A registered patent attorney, she began her legal career as an associate at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP (now Eversheds Sutherland LLP) and most recently was the General Counsel of BioD, LLC, where she was a key member of the executive management team. Donna has held various positions of leadership and management for biotech companies such as the Cell Therapy Research Foundation, Mid-South Tissue Bank, and Mid-South Transplant Foundation. She received a BS in Biology from Rhodes College, an MS in Molecular Science from the University of Memphis, and a JD from Tulane University.

Chief Strategy Officer
George oversees ongoing operations and procedures while developing the architecture for Triad’s commercialization, growth strategies, and strategic business initiatives. Prior to joining the Triad team in 2017, George garnered over 25 years of experience in the investment industry as a successful hedge fund manager, co-founding WellSpring Capital Management where he served as partner. George received a BA in Economics from the University of Mississippi and an MBA from Columbia University.

Jon has over 15 years of experience in processing. He began his career processing corneas, sclera, pericardium, bone, skin and adipose tissue for Tissue Banks International. Jon has held management positions in processing, production, quality, and operations with the National Eye Bank Center and BioD, LLC. Jon has a degree in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Memphis.

Executive Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing
Gordon has over 30 years of experience in executive leadership, global marketing, sales, and sales management, which includes more than 25-years in the biologic bone grafting and regeneration market. In his 17-year tenure with Medtronic Spine and Biologics, Gordon held multiple roles of progressive responsibility including Senior Director of Marketing. Prior to joining Medtronic, Gordon spent ten years at Osteotech Inc., where he started off as a sales representative and ultimately held the position of Director of Marketing. He has a BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.

Vice President of Medical Affairs
Chris has over 25 years of combined medical research and medical device industry experience, which includes nearly 20 years of investigation and education on bone grafting and regenerative healing. He was Director of Marketing with Medtronic Spine & Biologics and performed research in the Orthopedic Research Laboratory at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). He earned his PhD in Biomedical Engineering in a dual program from Rutgers University/UMDNJ.

Director of Human Resources
Dessia’s 30-plus years of experience are focused on building and implementing strategic plans within large corporations, working as a thought leader and influencer of executive vision and strategy. Her industry expertise encompasses strategic planning, organizational design, human resources, and training and development. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Memphis, with concentrations in education and organizational development.
